Privacy Policy

REMEGEO is a task, notes and reminder app. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, where it goes, how long it is kept, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

REMEGEO is made by Ahmad Rafaat, an individual developer publishing as Bardabar, based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. For privacy questions or requests, write to dev.bardabar@gmail.com.

3. Using REMEGEO without an account

Your tasks, notes, places and settings are stored only on your phone and are not sent to us. Android may include the app's data in your phone's own backup to your Google account, which you control in your phone's settings.

Phone calendar (optional): if you turn on “Show my phone’s calendar events” in Settings and allow the calendar permission, REMEGEO reads the events of your phone’s calendars to show them next to your tasks. It only reads them, on your phone: events are never changed, saved, backed up, sent to us, or sent to Remi’s AI. You can turn it off at any time in Settings or in your phone’s app permissions.

4. Accounts (optional)

You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. We receive your name, email address and, for Google accounts, your profile photo, and use them only to identify your account and show your profile in the app. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password. Firebase Authentication also processes technical sign-in data (such as IP address and device information) to keep accounts secure.

Username: every account has a username you choose. It is unique: nobody else can have the same one. It is stored with your account (in Firebase Authentication, and in Cloud Firestore’s list of usernames that are taken), shown in the app, and shown on the leaderboard if you join. It is deleted when you delete your account.

5. Cloud backup and sync

When you are signed in, your tasks (including subtasks, dates, reminder settings and any budget you set on a task), notes, note folders and the places you save (their name, address and map coordinates, with the location reminders that belong to your tasks) are backed up to Google Cloud Firestore, so you can restore them on a new phone or use them on more than one device. Everything is backed up together; there is no separate switch for places. Your data is stored on Google's servers in Doha, Qatar, under your account, and protected by security rules so that only you can read or change it.

Leaderboard (optional): if you choose to join the leaderboard, your username and your points are stored in Cloud Firestore and shown to other signed-in REMEGEO users. Nothing else is shared, and never your email address. You can leave the leaderboard at any time on the leaderboard screen; your entry is then removed. It is also removed when you delete your account.

6. Location

REMEGEO collects your location to remind you when you arrive at, leave, or need to set off for the places you save, even when the app is closed or not in use. Your live location is checked on your phone, using Google Play services (or Android's own location service on phones without Google services), and is not stored on our servers.

You can turn location access off at any time in your phone's settings; location reminders then stop working.

7. Remi, the assistant

When you use Remi, your message and the task and note details needed to answer it are sent to Google (the Gemini API, through Firebase AI Logic) to generate the reply. Google processes these requests under its own terms and does not use them to show you ads. Remi uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Please don't share very sensitive information with it.

8. Alarm and reliability data on your phone

So that alarms can ring even after your phone restarts and before you unlock it, REMEGEO keeps a copy of each upcoming alarm (its time, title and note) in a part of your phone's storage that can be read before unlocking. To help you fix phone settings that delay alarms, it also notes the title and time of alarms that rang late. This information stays on your phone and is never uploaded.

9. Protecting the service

REMEGEO uses Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity to confirm that requests come from the genuine app on a genuine device, which helps block abuse. This sends device integrity signals to Google.

10. Crash and problem reports

To find and fix problems, REMEGEO sends a report to Google Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes, freezes, or meets an error it could recover from (for example a backup or an alarm that could not be set). A report contains:

Reports never contain your tasks, notes, places, location or phone number. REMEGEO does not add your IP address to reports; Google receives it when a report is delivered, as with any internet connection.

Report a problem: at the bottom of Settings you can describe a problem and send it. The text you write is sent with the same details as above. If you tick “You can contact me”, your account's email address is added so that we can reply.

You can turn reports off at any time with “Send crash reports” at the bottom of Settings. Reports not yet sent are then deleted from your phone, and the change is complete the next time the app starts. Google keeps crash and problem reports for 90 days, then deletes them.

11. Purchases

REMEGEO currently has no purchases. If paid features are added, they will be bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment and we never receive your card details; Google tells us only what you bought and whether the purchase or subscription is active. This policy will be updated before purchases are offered.

12. Advertising

REMEGEO currently shows no ads. If ads are added in the future, the ad provider (for example Google AdMob) may use your device's advertising ID and similar information to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to change your choice. This policy will be updated before any ads appear.

13. Cookies and tracking

The app does not use cookies. This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking; like any website, its hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

14. Who receives data

We share data only with the service providers named above, and only to provide the feature you are using: Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, App Check, Firebase AI Logic and the Gemini API, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play services, Google Maps), the OpenStreetMap Foundation (Nominatim) and HeiGIT (OpenRouteService). We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

15. International transfers

Our providers operate around the world, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Google protects such transfers with safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

17. How long data is kept

Cloud data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, the account and all of its cloud data are deleted right away; we keep no extra backups of it. Crash and problem reports are kept by Google for 90 days. Data on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of requests such as deletion.

18. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and data yourself in the app (Settings › Account & backup › Delete account) or by following these steps. For any other request, email dev.bardabar@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information, and you can ask what we hold about you and have it deleted, without being treated differently for asking.

19. Children

REMEGEO is not meant for children under 13. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 to use it unless a parent or guardian agrees. If we learn that we hold data from a child under these ages without that permission, we delete it.

20. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and cloud data is protected by Google's security and by rules that let only you reach your own data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your phone and account protected too.

21. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. If a change matters, the app will ask you to agree again.

REMEGEO تطبيق للمهام والملاحظات والتذكيرات. توضح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يستخدمها التطبيق، ولماذا، وإلى أين تُرسل، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، والخيارات والحقوق المتاحة لك.

3. استخدام REMEGEO دون حساب

تُخزَّن مهامك وملاحظاتك وأماكنك وإعداداتك على هاتفك فقط ولا تُرسل إلينا. قد يضيف نظام أندرويد بيانات التطبيق إلى النسخة الاحتياطية الخاصة بهاتفك في حساب Google، وتتحكم أنت بذلك من إعدادات هاتفك.

تقويم الهاتف (اختياري): إذا فعّلت «إظهار أحداث تقويم هاتفي» في الإعدادات وسمحت بإذن التقويم، يقرأ REMEGEO أحداث تقويمات هاتفك ليعرضها بجانب مهامك. يقرؤها فقط، على هاتفك: لا تُغيَّر الأحداث أبدًا ولا تُحفظ ولا تُنسخ احتياطيًا ولا تُرسل إلينا ولا إلى ذكاء Remi الاصطناعي. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك في أي وقت من الإعدادات أو من أذونات التطبيقات في هاتفك.

4. الحسابات (اختيارية)

يمكنك تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google أو ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور. نتلقى اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، وصورة ملفك الشخصي في حسابات Google، ونستخدمها فقط للتعرّف على حسابك وعرض ملفك في التطبيق. تتولى خدمة Google Firebase Authentication إدارة كلمات المرور، ولا نرى كلمة مرورك ولا نخزّنها. كما تعالج هذه الخدمة بيانات تقنية لتسجيل الدخول (مثل عنوان IP ومعلومات الجهاز) للحفاظ على أمان الحسابات.

اسم المستخدم: لكل حساب اسم مستخدم تختاره بنفسك، وهو فريد: لا يمكن لأحد غيرك أن يحمل الاسم نفسه. يُخزَّن مع حسابك (في Firebase Authentication، وفي قائمة الأسماء المستخدمة في Cloud Firestore)، ويظهر في التطبيق، وفي لوحة المتصدرين إذا انضممت إليها. ويُحذف عند حذف حسابك.

5. النسخ الاحتياطي والمزامنة السحابية

عند تسجيل الدخول، تُنسخ مهامك (بما فيها المهام الفرعية والتواريخ وإعدادات التذكير وأي ميزانية تحدّدها لمهمة) وملاحظاتك ومجلدات الملاحظات والأماكن التي تحفظها (اسمها وعنوانها وإحداثياتها على الخريطة، مع تذكيرات المواقع التابعة لمهامك) احتياطيًا إلى Google Cloud Firestore، لتستعيدها على هاتف جديد أو تستخدمها على أكثر من جهاز. يُنسخ كل شيء احتياطيًا معًا، ولا يوجد خيار منفصل للأماكن. تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم Google في الدوحة، قطر، ضمن حسابك، وتحميها قواعد أمان تسمح لك وحدك بقراءتها أو تغييرها.

لوحة المتصدرين (اختيارية): إذا اخترت الانضمام إلى لوحة المتصدرين، يُخزَّن اسم المستخدم الخاص بك ونقاطك في Cloud Firestore، ويظهران لمستخدمي REMEGEO الآخرين المسجّلين. لا تتم مشاركة أي شيء آخر، ولا يُشارك بريدك الإلكتروني أبدًا. يمكنك مغادرة لوحة المتصدرين في أي وقت من شاشة لوحة المتصدرين، فيُحذف إدخالك. ويُحذف كذلك عند حذف حسابك.

6. الموقع

يجمع REMEGEO موقعك ليذكّرك عند وصولك إلى الأماكن التي تحفظها أو مغادرتك لها أو عندما يحين وقت التوجّه إليها، حتى عندما يكون التطبيق مغلقًا أو غير مستخدم. يُفحص موقعك المباشر على هاتفك باستخدام خدمات Google Play (أو خدمة الموقع في أندرويد نفسه على الهواتف التي لا تحتوي على خدمات Google)، ولا يُخزّن على خوادمنا.

يمكنك إيقاف الوصول إلى الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك، وعندها تتوقف تذكيرات الأماكن.

7. Remi، المساعد

عند استخدام Remi، تُرسل رسالتك وتفاصيل المهام والملاحظات اللازمة للإجابة إلى Google (واجهة Gemini عبر Firebase AI Logic) لإنشاء الرد. تعالج Google هذه الطلبات وفق شروطها، ولا تستخدمها لعرض الإعلانات لك. يعمل Remi بالذكاء الاصطناعي وقد يخطئ، لذا يُرجى عدم مشاركة معلومات شديدة الحساسية معه.

8. بيانات المنبّهات والموثوقية على هاتفك

حتى ترنّ المنبّهات بعد إعادة تشغيل الهاتف وقبل فتح قفله، يحتفظ REMEGEO بنسخة من كل منبّه قادم (وقته وعنوانه وملاحظته) في جزء من ذاكرة الهاتف يمكن قراءته قبل فتح القفل. ولمساعدتك في إصلاح إعدادات الهاتف التي تؤخر المنبّهات، يسجّل أيضًا عنوان المنبّهات التي رنّت متأخرة ووقتها. تبقى هذه المعلومات على هاتفك ولا تُرفع أبدًا.

9. حماية الخدمة

يستخدم REMEGEO خدمة Firebase App Check مع Google Play Integrity للتأكد من أن الطلبات تأتي من التطبيق الأصلي على جهاز أصلي، مما يساعد على منع إساءة الاستخدام. ويرسل ذلك مؤشرات سلامة الجهاز إلى Google.

10. تقارير الأعطال والمشكلات

لإيجاد المشكلات وإصلاحها، يرسل REMEGEO تقريرًا إلى Google Firebase Crashlytics عندما يتعطل التطبيق أو يتجمّد أو يواجه خطأً استطاع تجاوزه (مثل نسخ احتياطي أو منبّه تعذّر ضبطه). يحتوي التقرير على:

لا تحتوي التقارير أبدًا على مهامك أو ملاحظاتك أو أماكنك أو موقعك أو رقم هاتفك. ولا يضيف REMEGEO عنوان IP الخاص بك إلى التقارير؛ تتلقاه Google عند توصيل التقرير، كما في أي اتصال بالإنترنت.

الإبلاغ عن مشكلة: في أسفل الإعدادات يمكنك وصف مشكلة وإرسالها. يُرسل النص الذي تكتبه مع التفاصيل نفسها المذكورة أعلاه. وإذا حدّدت «يمكنكم التواصل معي»، يُضاف البريد الإلكتروني لحسابك حتى نتمكن من الرد عليك.

يمكنك إيقاف التقارير في أي وقت من خيار «إرسال تقارير الأعطال» في أسفل الإعدادات. تُحذف عندها التقارير التي لم تُرسل بعد من هاتفك، ويكتمل التغيير عند تشغيل التطبيق في المرة التالية. تحتفظ Google بتقارير الأعطال والمشكلات 90 يومًا ثم تحذفها.

11. المشتريات

لا يحتوي REMEGEO حاليًا على أي مشتريات. إذا أُضيفت ميزات مدفوعة، فستُشترى عبر Google Play. تعالج Google عملية الدفع، ولا نتلقى بيانات بطاقتك أبدًا؛ تخبرنا Google فقط بما اشتريته وما إذا كان الشراء أو الاشتراك فعّالًا. ستُحدَّث هذه السياسة قبل عرض أي مشتريات.

12. الإعلانات

لا يعرض REMEGEO حاليًا أي إعلانات. إذا أُضيفت إعلانات مستقبلًا، فقد يستخدم مزوّد الإعلانات (مثل Google AdMob) معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك ومعلومات مشابهة لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها. وحيث يشترط القانون ذلك، كما في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة، سنطلب موافقتك أولًا، وسيكون بإمكانك تغيير اختيارك. ستُحدَّث هذه السياسة قبل ظهور أي إعلانات.

13. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتتبع

لا يستخدم التطبيق ملفات تعريف الارتباط. ولا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو أدوات تحليل أو تتبع؛ وكأي موقع، يعالج مزوّد الاستضافة (Google Firebase Hosting) عنوان IP الخاص بك لتقديم الصفحات والحفاظ على أمانها.

14. من يتلقى البيانات

لا نشارك البيانات إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمات المذكورين أعلاه، وفقط لتقديم الميزة التي تستخدمها: Google (Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore وApp Check وFirebase AI Logic وواجهة Gemini وFirebase Crashlytics وخدمات Google Play وخرائط Google)، ومؤسسة OpenStreetMap (Nominatim)، وHeiGIT (OpenRouteService). لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجرها، ولا نشاركها لأغراض الإعلان. وقد نكشف عن معلومات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

15. نقل البيانات دوليًا

يعمل مزوّدو خدماتنا حول العالم، لذا قد تُعالج بياناتك في بلدان غير بلدك، بما فيها الولايات المتحدة. وتحمي Google عمليات النقل هذه بضمانات مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية للمفوضية الأوروبية.

تُحفظ البيانات السحابية ما دام حسابك موجودًا. عند حذف حسابك، يُحذف الحساب وكل بياناته السحابية فورًا، ولا نحتفظ بأي نسخ احتياطية إضافية منها. تحتفظ Google بتقارير الأعطال والمشكلات 90 يومًا. تبقى البيانات على هاتفك حتى تحذفها أو تزيل التطبيق. ونحتفظ بالرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا فقط للمدة اللازمة للرد عليك وللاحتفاظ بسجل لطلبات مثل الحذف.

18. حقوقك

بحسب مكان إقامتك، يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الحصول على نسخة منها، أو تقييد استخدامها أو الاعتراض عليه، وسحب موافقتك. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك بنفسك من التطبيق (الإعدادات › الحساب والنسخ الاحتياطي › حذف الحساب) أو باتباع هذه الخطوات. ولأي طلب آخر، راسلنا على dev.bardabar@gmail.com، وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. وإذا كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة، فيمكنك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات المحلية. لسكان كاليفورنيا: لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا نشاركها، ويمكنك أن تسأل عما نحتفظ به عنك وأن تطلب حذفه، دون أن تُعامل بشكل مختلف بسبب طلبك.

19. الأطفال

REMEGEO غير مخصص للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. وفي المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة، يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 16 عامًا لاستخدامه ما لم يوافق أحد الوالدين أو الوصي. وإذا علمنا أننا نحتفظ ببيانات طفل دون هذه الأعمار دون تلك الموافقة، نحذفها.

20. الأمان

تُرسل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة، وتحمي أنظمة أمان Google البيانات السحابية إلى جانب قواعد لا تسمح إلا لك بالوصول إلى بياناتك. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لذا يُرجى حماية هاتفك وحسابك أيضًا.

21. التغييرات

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، تُنشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة بتاريخ جديد. وإذا كان التغيير مهمًا، سيطلب منك التطبيق الموافقة مرة أخرى.
