Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Ahmad Rafaat, an individual developer publishing as Bardabar in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq ("we"), for the REMEGEO app (the "app"). By ticking the agreement box, signing in or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

REMEGEO is a task, notes and reminder app with alarms, place-based reminders and an in-app assistant called Remi. You can use it without an account. Signing in with Google or with an email and password adds optional cloud backup and sync.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you must be at least 16, unless a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you. If you are under 18, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password, Google account and phone secure. You can sign out, or delete your account and its cloud data, at any time in Settings.

Your username is shown to other people on the leaderboard. It must not copy or pretend to be another person or organisation, mislead, or be offensive. We may remove or change a username that breaks this rule. You can report a username from the leaderboard.

4. Reminders, alarms and locations are best effort

REMEGEO tries hard to ring and notify on time, but phones, phone makers' battery managers, settings, permissions, network and location signals can delay or block alarms and place reminders. Do not rely on REMEGEO as your only safeguard for anything where a missed or late reminder could cause harm or loss, such as medicine, safety, travel connections or legal deadlines. Use the Settings checks and the test alarm to confirm that it works on your phone.

5. Remi, the assistant

Remi is powered by artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Check what Remi suggests, such as task breakdowns, dates and times, before you rely on it. Remi does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

6. Your content

Your tasks, notes, places and other content remain yours. You let the app store, process and back up that content only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you create.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to harm others, to try to access other people's data, to interfere with or overload the service, or to copy, reverse engineer or resell the app except as the law allows.

8. Purchases and refunds

The app is currently free and has no purchases. If paid features or subscriptions are added:

• They are bought through Google Play, and the price is shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours of buying you can request a refund directly in Google Play. After that, email us; we refund when the law requires it, for example if a paid feature does not work as described, and we may refund in other cases at our discretion.
• Nothing here removes a right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you.

9. Advertising

The app currently shows no ads. If ads are added in the future, the Privacy Policy will explain them first, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

10. Third-party services

The app relies on services such as Google (sign-in, cloud storage, app protection, the assistant and the maps), place search and routing services. Their own terms apply to their services, and they may change or become unavailable.

The maps in the app are Google Maps. By using them you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

11. No warranty and limit of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always on time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed or late reminders, or loss of data. Keep your own copies of anything important. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

12. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access to cloud features if these terms are broken or to protect the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq, as applied in the Kurdistan Region. If you use the app as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow.

14. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the new version is published on this page with a new date, and the app asks you to agree again.

هذه الشروط هي الاتفاقية بينك وبين أحمد رفعت، وهو مطوّر مستقل ينشر باسم Bardabar في أربيل، إقليم كردستان، العراق ("نحن")، بشأن تطبيق REMEGEO ("التطبيق"). بوضع علامة في خانة الموافقة أو تسجيل الدخول أو استخدام التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها. إذا كنت لا توافق، فيُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

1. التطبيق

REMEGEO تطبيق للمهام والملاحظات والتذكيرات، يتضمن منبّهات وتذكيرات مرتبطة بالأماكن ومساعدًا داخل التطبيق اسمه Remi. يمكنك استخدامه دون حساب. ويضيف تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google أو ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور نسخًا احتياطيًا ومزامنة سحابية اختيارية.

2. من يمكنه الاستخدام

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا. وفي المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 16 عامًا، ما لم يوافق أحد الوالدين أو الوصي على هذه الشروط نيابة عنك. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 عامًا، فيُرجى مراجعة هذه الشروط مع أحد الوالدين أو الوصي.

3. حسابك

أنت مسؤول عما يحدث عبر حسابك. حافظ على أمان كلمة مرورك وحساب Google وهاتفك. يمكنك تسجيل الخروج، أو حذف حسابك وبياناته السحابية، في أي وقت من الإعدادات.

يظهر اسم المستخدم الخاص بك للآخرين في لوحة المتصدرين. يجب ألا ينتحل اسم شخص أو جهة أخرى، أو يكون مضلّلًا أو مسيئًا. ويحق لنا حذف أو تغيير أي اسم مستخدم يخالف هذه القاعدة. ويمكنك الإبلاغ عن اسم مستخدم من لوحة المتصدرين.

4. التذكيرات والمنبّهات والمواقع بأفضل جهد

يبذل REMEGEO جهده ليرنّ وينبّه في الوقت المحدد، لكن الهواتف ومديرات البطارية لدى الشركات المصنّعة والإعدادات والأذونات والشبكة وإشارات الموقع قد تؤخر المنبّهات وتذكيرات الأماكن أو تمنعها. لا تعتمد على REMEGEO وحده في أي أمر قد يسبّب تفويت تذكير أو تأخّره ضررًا أو خسارة، مثل الدواء أو السلامة أو مواعيد السفر أو المواعيد القانونية. استخدم فحوصات الإعدادات والمنبّه التجريبي للتأكد من عمل التطبيق على هاتفك.

5. Remi، المساعد

يعمل Remi بالذكاء الاصطناعي وقد يخطئ. تحقق مما يقترحه، مثل تقسيم المهام والتواريخ والأوقات، قبل الاعتماد عليه. لا يقدّم Remi نصائح طبية أو قانونية أو مالية.

6. محتواك

مهامك وملاحظاتك وأماكنك وبقية محتواك تبقى ملكًا لك. وتسمح للتطبيق بتخزين هذا المحتوى ومعالجته ونسخه احتياطيًا فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الميزات التي تستخدمها، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية. أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تنشئه.

7. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم التطبيق لمخالفة القانون أو إيذاء الآخرين أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات غيرك أو تعطيل الخدمة أو إرهاقها، ولا تنسخ التطبيق أو تفكّكه أو تعيد بيعه إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

8. المشتريات والاسترداد

التطبيق مجاني حاليًا ولا يحتوي على أي مشتريات. إذا أُضيفت ميزات أو اشتراكات مدفوعة:

• تُشترى عبر Google Play، ويُعرض السعر قبل الدفع.
• تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا حتى تلغيها من Google Play. وبعد الإلغاء تحتفظ بالوصول حتى نهاية الفترة التي دفعت ثمنها.
• يتبع الاسترداد سياسة الاسترداد في Google Play. خلال 48 ساعة من الشراء يمكنك طلب الاسترداد مباشرة من Google Play. وبعد ذلك راسلنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني؛ نردّ المبلغ عندما يشترط القانون ذلك، مثلًا إذا لم تعمل ميزة مدفوعة كما هو موصوف، وقد نردّه في حالات أخرى وفق تقديرنا.
• لا شيء هنا يلغي حقًا في الإلغاء أو الاسترداد يمنحك إياه قانون بلدك.

9. الإعلانات

لا يعرض التطبيق حاليًا أي إعلانات. إذا أُضيفت إعلانات مستقبلًا، ستشرحها سياسة الخصوصية أولًا، وسنطلب موافقتك حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.

10. خدمات الجهات الخارجية

يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات مثل Google (تسجيل الدخول والتخزين السحابي وحماية التطبيق والمساعد والخرائط) وخدمات البحث عن الأماكن والمسارات. تسري شروطها الخاصة على خدماتها، وقد تتغير أو تتوقف.

الخرائط في التطبيق هي خرائط Google. باستخدامها فإنك توافق أيضًا على شروط الخدمة الإضافية لخرائط Google وGoogle Earth وسياسة خصوصية Google.

11. عدم الضمان وحدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب التوفر"، دون وعد بأنه سيعمل دون انقطاع أو أخطاء أو في الوقت المحدد دائمًا. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو التذكيرات الفائتة أو المتأخرة أو فقدان البيانات. احتفظ بنسخك الخاصة من كل ما هو مهم. ولا تحدّ هذه الشروط من حقوقك التي لا يجوز للقانون تقييدها.

12. الإنهاء

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت. وقد نعلّق الوصول إلى الميزات السحابية عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو لحماية الخدمة.

13. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين العراق كما تُطبّق في إقليم كردستان. وإذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق بصفتك مستهلكًا، فإنك تحتفظ أيضًا بحماية القوانين الإلزامية في البلد الذي تقيم فيه، ويمكنك رفع دعوى أمام محاكمك المحلية حيث تسمح تلك القوانين.

14. التغييرات

إذا تغيّرت هذه الشروط تغيّرًا مهمًا، تُنشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة بتاريخ جديد، ويطلب التطبيق موافقتك مرة أخرى.
